Layer 3 switch isn’t router,but its somthing which can do routing internally.
The term “router” doesn’t distinctly refer to a physical device. If you forward packets based on a layer 3 address (such as an IP address), then you’re a router. If you forward packets based on a layer 2 address (such as a MAC address), then you’re a switch. Some devices are both switches AND routers.
