I have heard that you can not upgrade from Windows ME to any other windows operating system. That is what Mike Meyers is teaching on his videos. Who is right???

As this document shows, you can upgrade to Windows XP from Windows Millennium Edition. Could you imagine an operating system that had no upgrade path?
