What does a differential backup copy?
A) Everything changed since the last full backup
B) All system files changed since the last full or incremental backup

The answer: A) Everything changed since the last full backup
A differential backup will backup everything since your last full backup, even if you’ve done other differential or incremental backups in the meantime. Each time you do a differential backup, it is just as large or larger than your last differential backup.
