Windows 7 x64 requires 2 GB of RAM, 20 GB of free disk space, and a 1 GHz x64 CPU. This is slightly different than the requirements for the 32-bit version of Windows 7 which only needs 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of free disk space as a minimal configuration.
